Who we are

What we collect
When you request the free toolkit
We collect the email address you enter, and your first name if you choose to provide it. We also record which page the signup came from and, where available, the referrer and campaign parameters that brought you to the site — so we can tell which resources are useful.
We do not ask for anything else. There is no phone number field, no company field and no address field, because we do not need them.
When you browse the site
If analytics is enabled, we collect aggregate usage data: pages viewed, referring source, approximate country, device type, and the interactions listed in our event schema (for example, clicking through to the toolkit or the product page). This is used to understand which content is useful, not to build a profile of you.
Our analytics provider is configurable. The provider currently in use is disclosed in the cookie section below when one is active.
When you buy the paid product
Payment is handled entirely by our checkout provider, [CHECKOUT PROVIDER]. We never see or store your card details. We receive your email address, your order details and the country used for tax purposes. See [CHECKOUT PROVIDER]’s own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

Cookies and similar technologies
The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses browser storage on your device for two things: remembering your light or dark theme preference, and holding first-touch attribution for the length of your session. Neither is sent anywhere except as described above, and both stay on your device.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the site:

How long we keep it

Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. You can also withdraw consent at any time — every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link, and using it is enough.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Children
This site is intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant and you are subscribed, we will tell you by email rather than relying on you to notice.
